Family Surf Festival
On Saturday,May 24 the annual Family Surf Festival at Pensacola Beach Pier
Fun for all ages..all welcome!...the local crew will be there giving free surf lessons.
Surfers Memorial Paddle Out at 9:30 am..... Skimboarding Demonstrations....Sandcastle building...hula hoops...bago...beach soccer....
Treasure Hunt for the kids!...Free food..hamburgers...hotdogs...soft drinks..water..snacks
Starts at 9:00 am and winds down around 2:00 pm Plenty of shade under the Pier!
Please volunteer your time or help with food and drink supplies...Bring a case of water!
Or just bring the family and join in on the FUN!!!!!!

Nicaragua March Trip 2008
In March 2008 a team of 12 surfers went to Globe International Orphanage at Los Cedros, Nicaragua to asisst SOM leader Mark Randall in riding some waves. Mark was happy to have someone to surf with and showed the crew desolate beaches with thumping surf. We stayed at the orphanage and built a 40'x40' frame for a thatched structure locally known as a rancho. The work went well and was skillfully assissted by the teenaged guys that live at the orphanage.The days began at 5:00 am and each day we worked half a day and surfed half a day. A team from Liberty Church in Pensacola, Fla.
went with to the countryside to offer food,goods,and prayer to the people.We plan to return to Nicaragua in Mid-June to thatch the structure and serve and surf.

Noah's Arc Central America
In November 2005 Buck Waters and Mark Anderson met with Salvador Castellanos at the international airport at San Salvador, El Salvador to begin a journey that covered four countries and involved thousands of people. Many came to see a surf movie and maybe win some prizes, like a surfboard, but went home with the greatest prize of all , in their hearts... forever!...go to "TRIPS".
